Terms/Conditions

 

To offer a safe and secure shopping experience A90 Shop has established these online Policies for any user, viewer, or buyer at www.a90shop.com.

 

Note:  Many parts are for off-road use only. As with any racing activity, there are risks at performance modifications. All installations are at the customer's own risk. A90 Shop holds no responsibility either implied or otherwise for mechanical, electrical or other failure when using after market performance products. Some items listed are illegal in many states and only for racing vehicles which may never be used on a public highway.

 

Conditions of USE:
Your use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips and software, is the property of A90 Shop or its suppliers/manufactures and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names of and related to A90 Shop are proprietary to A90 Shop. All other trademarks not owned by A90 Shop or its subsidiaries that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by A90 Shop.  Product information such as text, logos, and/or images used to promote products and/or the sale of products have been provided to A90 Shop along with permission to use directly from the supplier or manufacture.  Any unauthorized use from other companies of the materials appearing on this site without written permission from the supplier and or manufacture may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties. All software used on this site is the property A90 Shop or its software suppliers and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws and may not be reproduced, modified, distributed, transmitted, or republished.

Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. A90 Shop reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. A90 Shop reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item and adjust your invoice accordingly. A90 Shop may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Once you have placed an online, phone order, or other type of order with A90 Shop, you have entered in a contract to purchase and your credit card will be charged immediately. Orders DO NOT always ship the same day. Please allow 72 hours for your order to process. If the item(s) is/are being shipped from the manufacturer they are typically also shipped within the next 3-4 business days, but this can vary depending on production times, differences in time zones, and international holidays. If you need priority delivery then please contact us by phone for immediate attention.

Because A90 Shop reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, typographical, product photo, and/or pricing errors that may occur do not entitle a customer to receive something from those errors.  A90 Shop cannot be held responsible for honoring purchases caused by such errors and will simply take action to correct the error.  These errors are not a misrepresentation of a product, business, manufacture, or sale, but an error which is A90 Shop's responsibility is to correct the error.

 

Ordering Procedure
If you order a product, your payment is taken immediately and cleared into our accounts in within 48 hours. We will notify you the status of the order and the product availability if an item is out of stock or has an unusual delay. If you choose to cancel the order before a product is shipped, we will cancel and refund you your payment as long as you cancel within 24 hours. After we have processed your order in house, or transferred funds to a distributor, you may be subject to a cancellation fee based on the product/distributor.  If the product(s) are a special order, once the Special Order has been confirmed via email, the order cannot be cancelled. If you need an order by a certain timeframe, YOU are responsible to check on that PRIOR to ordering.

Shipping Rates

The Shipping Rates shown at time of checkout are a flat rate cost based on average cost for size of shipment, or flat rate charged by supplier/distributor. If you believe your shipping fee is too much, please contact us for a special shipping quote. If there is an error in the shipping rate quoted we will contact you and let you know of the changes. International orders, (Outside the USA), are not automatically processed as we may require additional information from you.

Order Cancellations

An order that has shipped from our location or a suppliers location can not be cancelled, these are classified as returns.  Unfortunately once it has shipped restocking fees will apply if they are applicable.  Special order items, custom built items will not be able to be returned.  For this reason it is extremely important to check your invoice or order form. Orders can be cancelled without penalty within 24 hours of ordering. If you choose to purchase a backordered item and agree to wait the allotted time prior to us processing the order, we do not cancel the order outside of 48 hours of the original time the order was placed. We, along with other manufacturers/distributors will charge some type of cancellation fee for this event. This fee will be passed on to you. In some instances store credit can/will be offered in exchange for avoiding a cancellation fee. This is to prevent lost man hours, any exchange rates, bank fees, and/or accounting fees to retroactively update past completed records.

 

Returns
If a product is ordered and not wanted, the UNUSED item can be returned for up to a 20% restocking fee. If you attempt to install, damage, or alter original condition of the product, A90 Shop is not responsible and will not honor a return. Returns are sometimes dependent on the manufacture or vendor.  Shipping is not refundable in either direction. All items wanting to be returned MUST be reported within 30 days of the received date. No items will be returnable after 30 days. All products shipped from A90 Shop, or its partners, are shipped via USPS, DHL, UPS, FedEx or Freight and may require a signature when delivered. Some packages shipped from the manufacturer or vendor may or may not require signatures for package release. Fedex, UPS, and DHL have package pick up locations if you are unable to sign for the package.  If the package is returned to A90 Shop or the manufacture/vendor, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and pay a restocking fee.


A90 SHOP DOES NOT REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES

If you modify, install, or alter the item in any form, we cannot accept it as a return, we will not cover any expenses related to the product or installation, and you maybe be required to purchase a replacement.

Special Order Items
Some items may be special order specifically for the customers vehicle.  These items generally require a deposit or paid in full.  Once this deposit amount is received to A90 Shop and the customer agrees to order the special order item, the deposit becomes non-refundable. Cancellations or returns are not allowed on special order parts. 

Payment Terms
A90 Shop accepts Credit Cards, Affirm, and Bank Transfers with appropriate billing and shipping addresses to be verified.  All orders are to be paid in full at the time of purchase unless we contact you otherwise. Prices and shipping cost is subject to change anytime because of exchange rates, shipping costs, manufacturer price changes, etc.

Warranty
All products come with the warranty that is applied directly by the manufacturer. A90 Shop does not offer any of our own warranties and is not responsible for product failures or failures due to installation. Certain products are intended for race use only as suggested by the manufacture and should be installed and set up by professional service centers ONLY. As stated above we are not responsible for shipping cost other then by our own mistake of incorrect shipping.  Any item that is altered or changed from its original state without the consent of the manufacture or A90 Shop, will not be able to be returned or receive warranty support. The warranty of a product is facilitated by A90 Shop, however we can only enforce the manufactures decisions.

By law, a dealership is not allowed to void a warranty based upon having aftermarket parts installed on a car. When you add an aftermarket part to the car, the aftermarket part will void the warranty of ONLY the stock part it is replacing. 

Acceptable Behavior

As a trusted member of the automotive and A90 community, we value our customers and our business practices to the highest standards. Therefore, we also expect our customers to behave in a similar manner. Any abrasive behavior, language, and/or threats to any of our staff members will not be tolerated. If you choose to behave this way, customer service attempts will cease immediately, and you will be banned from further business with us and our other brands and wholesalers. We try to create an environment where it is a privilege and advantage to be shopping with A90 Shop.
