SHIPPING AND RETURNS
 

Most products are shipped via UPS, USPS, or FedEx and may have a SIGNATURE REQUIRED for large dollar amount items (unless otherwise specified)

Please allow up to 48-72 Hours to process and ship your in-stock order; if you have a time sensitive shipment please give us a call to ensure there are no delays.

All products are shipped out from one of the authorized A90 Shop shipping locations. A90 Shop drop ships some products while some products ship direct from our main facility. Special arrangements may need to be made for international orders and oversize packages.  

In the event a product arrives damaged at your location, please follow the steps listed below.  All damaged items must be reported to the shipping carrier immediately and you must notify A90 Shop within 48 Hours of receiving your order. If these steps are not followed, your shipment claim may be denied without a refund.

If you receive a damaged product, please do the following:

  • IMMEDIATELY CONTACT US.

  • Keep the product with its original packaging.

  • Make a list of the damaged or lost item(s).

  • A90 Shop will contact the shipper or shipping company once we receive the email info above to schedule a pickup if needed. DO NOT send it back to the return address without written approval from A90 Shop.

 

Once the product is returned and inspected, a replacement or store credit will be issued. There are NO refunds due to a product arriving damaged. The product will be REPLACED or STORE CREDIT will be issued. A damaged shipment is NOT the route to a refund and/or order cancellation. Sometimes certain vendors, products, or situations may require a claims process before credit and/or a replacement can be issued.

The shipping rates shown at time of checkout on our site are based on a weight guesstimate and then formulated via the specific shipping courier. The rates do not always consider dimensions.  If your shipment weight is higher than the online cart can process, please contact us for a shipping quote. If there is an error in the shipping rate quoted, we will contact you and let you know of the changes. Typically, if an error occurs at our end, we will cover the loss ourselves and NOT pass this on to the consumer. International orders (Outside the USA) are not automatically processed as we may require additional information from you.

An order that has shipped from our location or a supplier cannot be cancelled, these are classified as returns. Unfortunately, once it has shipped restocking fees will apply if they are applicable. Special order items, custom built items will not be able to be returned. For this reason, it is extremely important to check your invoice or order form. 

If a product is ordered and not wanted, the UNUSED item can be returned for up to a 20% restocking fee. These fees can be causally related to costs incurred by return fees from drop shippers, international exchange rates, (when applicable), and lost man hours. In some cases, we may offer the ability to return the item to us for a lesser restocking fee and then keep the balance as a store credit.  To return an item, it must be in brand new condition with original packaging.  If the item cannot be resold or is a special order or custom-made item, we cannot accept a return. We may be able to work something out, as our goal is always to benefit the customer. Each situation is unique, so we must meet these on a case-by-case basis. Shipping is non-refundable in either direction unless approved by A90 Shop. All items wanting to be returned MUST be reported within 30 days of the original invoice date. No items will be returnable after 30 days. All products shipped from the A90 Shop warehouse are shipped via FedEx, USPS, or Freight and may require a signature when delivered. Some packages shipped from the manufacturer may or may not require signatures for package release. FedEx, UPS, USPS, and DHL have package pick up locations if you are unable to sign for the package.  If the package is returned to A90 Shop or manufacturer, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and pay up to a 20% restocking fee, in addition to original shipping charges. These fees will be charged to your account on file, will be invoiced to you, or be deducted from your refund.

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS

Some items may be special order specifically for the customer’s vehicle.  These items generally require a deposit or paid in full. Once this deposit amount is notified to the customer and they agree to order the special-order item, the deposit becomes non-refundable. These special-order items cannot be returned or resold. Cancellations are not allowed on special order parts. 

A90 SHOP DOES NOT REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES.  

If you modify, install, or alter the item in any form, we cannot accept it as a return.  We will not cover any expenses related to the product or installation, and you may be required to purchase a replacement. If you no longer want an item there is a 20% return fee to account for lost time and wages, in addition to all original shipping costs.

In the event that the product you ordered is sent either incorrectly or processed wrong by A90 Shop, we will arrange for the package to come back to us and ship out a replacement.  We will evaluate the situation before we determine the shipment was incorrect.

STORE CREDIT MEMOS

Credit Memo is good for 12 months from the date of issue to use as store credit.  Refunds will be handled by the manner originally paid if applicable otherwise a check will be mailed.  Credit memo cannot be converted from terms assigned, ie credit card payment to cash etc.  All cash payments will be refunded via check.

 

IN STOCK VS. OUT OF STOCK STATUS

Merchant does not always guarantee accuracy of stock count displayed on website. For immediate shipment, customer should contact Merchant to verify stock availability before purchase.
