Looking at Valvetronic or FI exhaust? What do you guys recommend and why? Also open to other options, i just really like the idea of being able to be close and open valves !

hey my stock valves have been acting weird lately they dont want to close no more. Once i start the car they open just on normal mode and they do not want to close and when i turn it off they close. I dont know if i shoulf buy a new actuator or what to do because it works just not how its supposed to. Has anybody had this problem before??
Does anyone have any recommendations of good reputable shops in the south Florida area that can tune Supras? I was quoted $4.5k at mtech performance shop to unlock and tune my Supra and wanted to compare prices elsewhere.
