Buy Now, Pay Later Starting at 0% APR

hey my stock valves have been acting weird lately they dont want to close no more. Once i start the car they open just on normal mode and they do not want to close and when i turn it off they close. I dont know if i shoulf buy a new actuator or what to do because it works just not how its supposed to. Has anybody had this problem before??
